Dental Stock Photos is changing the way people see the dental industry through fresh, authentic and realistic dental images.

The Dental Stock Photos website is the place to sell your dental images. If you have great dental images, this is the perfect opportunity to do something with them!

 

Apply to become a contributing photographer

Applications are only open to Australian residents at this time.

Email contact@dentalstockphotos.com.au and tell us your story along with a link to 3 -6 images through file-sharing apps like Dropbox or Google Drive. We will review your image samples.

Size requirements for dental image samples:
JPEG format, minimum size: 720 x 960 px (5Kb)

We do not publish your sample images on the DSP website.  If you become a DSP contributor, you can re-submit the sample images.

All image samples must be professionally taken and edited.

There is no cost to apply.

Contributing photographer information

Once your application is accepted, we will email you an invitation and Contributing Photographer Agreement to join DSP as a contributor.

In brief:
- Term is 12 months and renewable
- Commission is paid on the net payment received by Dental Stock Photos for every image licence sold in Australian dollars. - The commission rate is 20.0%
- Commissions are paid monthly within 28 days after the end of each month.
- You must have an ABN
- You do not have to be registered for GST.


We also invite you to submit a headshot and brief four sentence biography to feature you on our Photographers page.

As a contributing photographer to DSP, your content is exclusive. Therefore, you can not submit your images to another stock site or third party.

The DSP Shoot Guidelines are included with your Contributing Photographer Agreement. You must ensure you follow our Shoot Guidelines.

DSP will review all images and upload your successful photos to the website. DSP will name the images and provide ALT text.

You will be free to do anything you wish with the images we have not selected.

Yes. 

Two file sizes of each images are to be submitted;

1. A high resolution .jpeg file

2. An optimised .jpeg file (2000 x 3000 px OR  3000 x 2000 px)

Before your profile is made public and your images are available for sale, we require you to have a minimum of 15 approved images in your collection.

 

DSP provides the model release forms. 

A signed Model Release must accompany any photograph that contains a recognisable or identifiable face of a person. A signed model release must also accompany photos of a place of business.

Please keep copies of your signed model releases. You are not required to submit them to DSP but must have them available if requested.

Royalty-free means that a customer can use your images for an unlimited time in as many projects as they like for a one-time fee.

Yes. You may terminate your contract in writing.  Within 30 days, DSP will remove your images from our website.

You will remain the owner of the copyright of your images. We pay you a percentage of the license fee when your images are (purchased) licensed by a customer.

Your images will remain on the site for the duration of your contract.

Every purchased image comes with a licence. DSP offers two types of licences: standard and extended. The type of licence determines how the purchased image is used. Each licence type is priced differently.

 Standard licences allow images to be used for personal, business or commercial purposes on websites, blogs, social media, and educational presentations.

Extended licences allow images to be used on commercially sold items, including brochures, flyers, pamphlets, posters, calendars, publications (printed or electronic), magazines, newspapers, books, catalogues and promotional or advertorial materials.

To keep all dental images on the DSP website exclusive, we ask you not to contribute your dental images elsewhere

DSP would like our image collection to continue to grow and offer our customers fresh and new dental images.

DSP encourages all our contributors to continue to submit images for the website. 

Yes. DSP will process removal requests within seven days of receiving notification.

Make sure the content you submit doesn't contain copyrighted or trademarked materials. DPS will not accept content that violates a creator's exclusive rights, including branded clothing, equipment, and logos. When shooting, make sure they are not visible or retouch your content to remove logos.
